What Is Full Flake Epoxy?
Full flake epoxy — also called full broadcast flake — involves broadcasting vinyl color flakes across the entire floor surface after the base coat is applied. The result is a fully covered, textured surface with no concrete showing through.
This system is our most requested service. It hides imperfections in concrete, provides natural anti-slip texture, and comes in virtually unlimited color combinations to match any style.

Why Full Flake?
Hides Imperfections
The flake pattern naturally conceals minor cracks, stains, and surface irregularities in existing concrete.
Built-In Texture
The flake layer creates a natural anti-slip texture without needing additional additives.
Endless Color Options
Mix and match dozens of flake colors to create a custom blend that fits your space perfectly.
Extremely Durable
Multiple epoxy layers plus a protective polyaspartic topcoat mean this floor lasts 10+ years.
Easy to Maintain
Sweep and mop. Oil, chemicals, and spills wipe right up — no sealing required.
Fast Turnaround
Most garage floors are completed in 1-2 days and ready for use within 24 hours.
Our Process
Diamond Grinding
We mechanically grind the concrete surface to open the pores and ensure maximum adhesion.
Crack & Spall Repair
Any cracks or damaged areas are filled and patched before coating begins.
Epoxy Base Coat
A pigmented epoxy base coat is applied and flakes are broadcast across the entire surface.
Scrape & Knock Down
Excess flakes are scraped off to create a smooth, even texture across the floor.
Polyaspartic Topcoat
One or two coats of UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat are applied for long-term protection and sheen.
